Steve Vertigan Producer EngineerSteve Vertigan performed for many years with some of the leading full-time classical and contemporary ensembles in Victoria. In these positions and as a freelance musician, Steve has performed with many respected artists, such as Peter Allen, Jon English, Christine Sullivan, Colleen Hewitt, Donald Cant, Rosemary Boyle, Suzanne Johnston, The Victorian Opera, The Australian Ballet, Jane Clifton, June Bronhill, Norman Gunston, Linda George, Joe Dolce, The Seekers, Debra Byrne, Colette Mann, Jackie Trent and Tony Hatch, Megan Williams, Simon Gallagher, Jackie Love, Daryl Cotton, Betty Bobbit, Tina Arena, ‘Code One’ - the Victoria Police Rock Band, and many others. Performances at events such as Olympic Games broadcasts, AFL grand finals, ABC recordings for television and radio, network television shows, major concerts and events, as well as over 2000 other professional gigs and performances.

In recent years Steve has been building his music production business alongside his work as the Music Technology Specialist for the Victorian Department of Education (Eastern Metropolitan Region), where he assists schools to develop and implement new teaching methods based on the latest available recording and IT equipment.
